Here are some tips on how to care for your cutting board and make it last for years!
-Do NOT put the cutting board in the dishwasher or submerge it in water to soak.
-Hand wash the cutting board with soap and water, first dry with a towel, and then let the wood air dry.
-When the board is starting to look a little dry, use a paper towel and rub in some food safe mineral oil. This can be found at any store (Walmart, Target, Walgreens, etc.) for about $3 - $4 a quart. This will last you a long time.

-MIDDLE PICTURE - Time to oil the board! See where it looks dry around the edges?
-RIGHT PICTURE - Same board right after oiling. This is a 3 year old board that is used daily. The customer oils it every couple of months.
-It is 100% safe to cut any type of food on this cutting board including raw meat. Just be sure to wash it with soap and water between each use.
